DWG curates Nature of Work Live
September 13, 2021 1:22 pm
London, UK, 13 September 2021 – Digital Workplace Group (DWG) announces the launch of Nature of Work Live, an inspirational three-day virtual experience, where a growing community of change-makers and ‘make-changers’ will come together to explore, understand and bring to life a new story of work for a ‘living age’.
Hosted by television presenter Philippa Forrester, Nature of Work Live will take place on November 2-4, 2021, with each day timed to suit audiences in London, New York and San Francisco respectively.
In their inspiring new book, Nature of Work: The new story of work for a living age, Paul Miller, CEO and Founder of DWG, and Shimrit Janes, Director of Knowledge of DWG, draw on patterns from forests and the natural world to illustrate a dynamic, vital and more beautiful world of work that our hearts and minds know is possible.
Nature of Work explores 12 essential workplace elements, such as health, habitat, regeneration, intelligence, relationships and purpose, underpinned by real-life stories of organizations and people already on this journey to new ways of working. Nature of Work Live will draw inspiration from these 12 elements to provide change-makers in companies and organizations of any size with the language and questions to evolve their workplaces from organization to organism.

Forrester says, “I am delighted to be hosting Nature of Work Live in November, curated by Digital Workplace Group. Being so passionate about wildlife and nature, I was really energized by the book, Nature of Work, the premise for the event. Bringing the beauty, simplicity and cohesion of nature into the world of work is inspired and may well just change the way we work – truly a new story of work for a living age.”
Paul Miller, CEO of DWG and author of Nature of Work, says, “It was clear – even pre-pandemic – from conversations we were having with hundreds of major organizations that stress, fatigue and a lack of engagement were endemic in the workplace. Nature of Work Live will bring together a community of change-makers to regenerate individually and collectively as we embark on a new beginning where well-being, relationships and purpose are at the heart of every employee and organization.”
Lessons from the world’s leading organizations, including Adobe, BBC, International Monetary Fund, Lucasfilm, Microsoft and Stella McCartney will be shared via headliner presentations, each followed by expert commentary and live, interactive discussions with like-minded change-makers.
Free to attend, all delegates will receive exclusive discounts on the book and a complimentary diagnostic tool to help them assess the health of their organization and identify key areas for improvement.
