Shipment and Delivery Information

We are currently taking pre-orders for the ‘Nature of Work’ book, which is due for release on the 14 January, 2021. We will ship your order as soon as the book becomes available following its release when the following delivery times will apply.

Delivery times vary according to the country of destination for your order

  • Delivery times in the UK usually take between 3-5 working days
  • Delivery times to the US can take up to 21 days

Books are delivered by standard delivery (we do not currently offer express delivery options).

Shipping of your order will be managed by CBL distribution on our behalf.

Postage charges are as follows (per single item order):

  • Delivery within the UK – free of charge
  • Delivery to North America – £9.99

Postage charges are applied to your order at the time of purchase and are based on the country of destination for your order and the number of products in your order.

We reserve the right to change the postage charges.

Cancellations and Returns

If you are a consumer you may cancel your order or request to return your book at any time from placing your online order and up to 14 days from receipt of the goods for any reason. This is sometimes referred to as a ‘cooling off period’ and you must notify us within this time period if you have changed your mind.

This does not include eBooks which are subject to a different cancellation and return policy, see Terms and Conditions.

We are happy to accept returns from you within 40 days of delivery if your product is damaged or was delivered to you in error.

How to cancel your book order or return the book/s

If you’d like to cancel your order or return the book/s, and your order is eligible for cancellation or return (see Terms and Conditions), please contact our customer services team.

After you have submitted your request to cancel your order or return the book/s you will need to return the Product/s in its original and resaleable condition at your own expense within 14 days from submitting the request (unless the book was delivered to you damaged or in error where we will refund you for the cost you incur in sending the book back to us (standard delivery only)). You should take reasonable care to ensure that the goods are not damaged while in your possession or in transit.

Please include a copy of your dispatch confirmation with your return or provide the following details with the Product:

  • Your full name
  • Delivery address
  • Your telephone number
  • Order number
Refunds for cancelled book orders and returns

We will refund the cost of the Product, along with the standard delivery cost that you paid when the Product was sent to you, within 14 days from when the Product is posted back to us (proof of postage required). The refund shall be given by the same means of payment as used for the order.
